Consolidated EPP was first established in 1988 and formerly operated under the banner of ‘Consolidated Plastics & Epoxy’. In earlier times, Consolidated’s main focus was to provide high quality plastic, rubber and epoxy products, as well as offering technical support to developing industries.
After more than 30 years of operation, Consolidated is still achieving its original goals, however our capabilities have grown and evolved into a driving force for innovation and engineering.
The knowledge and experience gained over previous decades has led us to having the highest level of innovative thinking and industry-leading solutions which we develop at our purpose-built facility in Mackay. Our In-House capabilities are second to none, with the ability to take a client’s project from concept to completion.

OWNER / DIRECTOR
Graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1993. Worked within the sugar industry in Mackay until 2001 as a mechanical engineer performing both maintenance management and over seeing capital projects for sugar factory processing improvements.
After 2001 became part of CPE applying plastics, rubber, and epoxy materials to solve the reliability issues not only in the sugar industry but in coal mines, ports & other minerals processing industries of regional Queensland. Extensive industry experience has led to many successful cost reduction initiatives in these industries.
Always striving to keep abreast of material developments, Brendan enjoys both the creative and practical applications for using modern Plastics, Rubber and Epoxy products.
GENERAL MANAGER
As General Manager at Consolidated EPP, Matt is notable for his positive ‘We’ll get there’ attitude. He draws on his 18 years of heavy fabrication and leadership experience to ensure the sales, production and site teams are aligned to achieve their goals.

WORKSHOP MANAGER
Dan is a qualified and experienced Plastics Fabricator with a firsthand perspective on our production methods and capabilities. As the Workshop Manager, he leads the team to deliver on high quality fabrications in a timely manner.
STORE MANAGER
Quality raw materials are necessary to make quality end products and for the last 15 years, Rob has played a key role for the procurement and logistics within our workshop. Rob’s involvement in numerous projects over the years makes him a key member for product information and process advice.
SALESMAN
With extensive experience in the development and application of engineering plastics, Garth plays an essential role in providing technical solutions to our clients in Mackay. Garth is a versatile member of the sales team and goes above and beyond for Consolidated customers.
PROJECT ENGINEER
Jonny re-joined Consolidated in August 2021 as a Project Engineer. Jonny was a former plastics apprentice with Consolidated who went on to complete an associate Diploma in Engineering. Jonny worked for us as a Router Operator before leaving to further expand his experience.
Now back in the Consolidated family, Jonny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Design and Engineering team.
BDM MINING
Scott has been in the mining industry since 1988 working in various roles starting out as a Trades Assistant to Qld Inventory Manager (and everything in between) for global OEM’s.
An experienced member of our team, Scotty has been with us for 4 months now specialising in the Dragline & Rope Shovels.A keen golfer, on the course every weekend, he reckons his handicap is his clubs but we’re not so sure.
